Required and preferred qualifications

Preferred candidates bring three years of program-management experience and a solid grasp of both hardware and software development cycles that culminate in successful product launches. A clear understanding of how ML/AI evaluation differs from traditional software testing is crucial. The role also calls for the ability to influence mixed technical and non-technical teams, prioritize multiple fast-moving programs, and act as a decisive leader during periods of rapid change.
Compensation, benefits, and workplace culture
Google offers a base salary ranging from $116,000 to $165,000 in the United States, complemented by a target bonus of 15 % of base, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
