In a significant move for regional technology infrastructure, BridgTRK, a Chattanooga-based technology and logistics company, has acquired four acres in Rossville’s Peerless community. The purpose? To construct a node that will link BridgTRK users to the quantum computing capabilities of EPB’s network.
The facility, described as a compact access node is a small, secure connection point. It will link BridgTRK users to EPB’s quantum computing resources in neighboring Chattanooga. This lean facility is designed for connectivity not scale, and will place minimal demand on local infrastructure.
BridgTRK’s Strategic Investment in Rossville
The new facility is projected to be a multi-million-dollar investment, signaling a long-term commitment to Rossville’s historic mill district. Once operational, the node will deliver advanced encryption and data protection powered by EPB’s quantum network. This will give BridgTRK users access to one of the most secure computing resources available today, positioning Walker County as a strategic gateway to quantum-grade security.
The facility will consist of two standard 40-foot shipping containers positioned parallel to one another, with a covered service and access area between them. Additional details regarding construction timelines and deployment phases will be announced as development progresses.
The Visionaries Behind BridgTRK
BridgTRK is owned by three partners with deep ties to the region: Joe Morgan, a Ringgold native with 56 years in the communications industry; Jim Chandler, a Chattanooga native and entrepreneur; and J.T. Suggs, an electrical engineer with a background in the nuclear power and automotive industries. The completion of the land acquisition marks an important milestone for the team, who are excited to bring this technology to the Peerless community.
